Due to the personal nature of our products, Goddessly Me does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unused products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue and packaging. Claims will be reviewed individually.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at Goddessly Me’s discretion.
